I am a mental health advocate with a passion for assisting others working to find their path to peace in the many rooms of the body. Having started life in the Midwest I joined the military and was stationed at various locations throughout the world, eventually returning to Illinois, where I still reside. After serving nearly 35 years in the military both active and reserves I was left struggling with my own mental health. In 2013 I reached out for help with PTSD and began my personal energy healing with yoga, meditation, and later breathwork. In 2018 I experienced and began to learn the benefits of plant medicine. In 2019 I started working toward becoming a plant medicine facilitator/spiritual and energy coach. I am currently enrolled in a Shamanic Apprenticeship studying the Healing Ways of the Andean Medicine People, and training for certifications in breathwork and Reiki to help strengthen that role. I plan to start my training in Psychedelic Medicine in the ecstatic mysticism program through AWE in 2024. I am honored to assist you on the path or paths to achieving healing.
